Favorite Drake memory: Any and all times I got to spend in the Meredith Basement with the DBS folks. The times I spent with Gerry Tetzlaff, AJ Thiede, Luc Pham, Noah Manderfeld, Tess Julien and SO MANY others have been so important to me.

One tip for Drake freshmen: Don’t be afraid to change. College is a place where you are exposed to a lot more people, viewpoints, and opportunities than most other times in your life. Don’t assume that you’re right all the time and be open to being wrong. Just grow from it.

Plans after graduation: I started working at KCCI at the beginning of 2020 and will continue to do that as well as run my business Adam Heater Media, LLC post-grad and would love to eventually work in film as a cinematographer.
