Ale Diaz

Hey Bulldogs! My name is Ale Diaz, I’m a Digital Media Production major with a double minor in Graphic Design and Spanish.

I’m from the Twin Cities in Minnesota, but I’m happy to now call Des Moines my second home. 💖I would have to say one of my favorite Drake memories has been photographing a lot of the important figures that have visited our campus, like NASA astronaut Peggy Whitson and the presidential candidates at the January Democratic debate. 😊After graduation, the dream is to be a world-traveling photographer, but for now I’m going to focus on continuing my education in graphic design and hopefully live temporarily in Mexico to continue practicing my Spanish. As for my advice to freshmen… time flies by when you’re at Drake, so make sure you make the most of it! Get involved because that’s the best way to make new friendships and discover what you’re most passionate about.
