Favorite Drake memory: My freshmen year I was the Relays Carnival Co-Chair on the SAB Relays committee. I loved planning the event over the course of the year and then seeing all my hard work come together for a great Relays Week carnival for all of campus to enjoy. My co-chair and I also went to 3 Walmart’s the day of the event to get 50 goldfish as carnival prizes. That is still to this day, one of the weirdest requests I’ve ever had to ask a Walmart associate for!

One tip for Drake freshmen: Get involved! There are millions of organizations at Drake and there is something to fit almost everyone’s interests! Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there and connect with people who are passionate about the same things you are!

Plans after graduation: No job yet ☹, but hoping to get into sports communications. I worked at Wrigley Field last summer for the Chicago Cubs and I loved it and I hope I can do something in sports for the rest of my life.

Anything else we should share about you: I have been Griff’s #1 fan since coming to Drake in 2016 and I think it is fitting that we are both leaving around the same time! #bestbuds
